To bake: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake approximately 1 hour.
To microwave: Place meatloaf (1 lb.) in microwave-safe pan. Cover with waxed paper. Cook on high 8-10 minutes until done (internal temperature of 165 degrees). If your microwave does not have an automatic turntable, turn the pan a quarter turn every 3 minutes. Time and temperature of microwave recipe may vary, depending on wattage of your oven.
